Our horses and required riding ability

Our horses were mostly born and bred in our guide’s equestrian centre, and live in herds in grassland. Such kind of living allows them to enjoy their "ideal" living conditions at most, so to live in wild conditions.
Thus, each horse has its own behavior, but they are all kind, well-rounded and polyvalent. It is a mix of diverse breeds and pure Arabian horses, well trained for trailing.

We use leather trail saddles (Forestier, Jms, Gaston Mercier), horse net or hackamore depending on horse breeds. Saddlebags and holsters are available upon request.

Recommended riding ability

Our riding tours are for experienced riders feeling comfortable at the three gaits, and with a regular horseback practice. It is recommended to have a good physical condition for this horse riding. Many zones can be crossed on foot.
