"Water is not the source of life, it is life" Saint-Exupéry
Seawater, iodised air, seaweed and sand...
Thalassotherapy introduces you to your new allies. They are the
guarantors of your new-found fitness, peace of mind, the return
of your slim figure and a sublime complexion...
The combination of the marine environment with natural medicine
offers the perfect solution to organisms that have been neglected
and are in need of restoration: eliminating the toxins, boosting
the organism's major functions, relaxing knotted muscles, aiding
blood circulation and stimulating tired skin. The sea air, seaweed,
salt, sand and the natural surroundings in general are the very
essence of the marine world and they play a crucial role in all
these benefits to your organism.
Seawater
Seawater is thalassotherapy's most fundamental natural ingredient.
Its density of salt, wealth of minerals and abundance of trace
elements make it a primary source for recharging your organism.
To make the most of its benefits, thalassotherapy professionals
have learnt to master its properties and offer you all the advantages
whilst respecting its nature. Taken from the depths of the open
sea, it is filtered, heated and then put to use to improve your
health and well-being.
Seaweed
Seaweed, the queen of the marine environment, is really a rich
concentrate of minerals and vitamins, essential for your major
biological functions. Ground and broken up, and then reduced to
powder, it is given to you as hot packs, which liberate the balancing,
refreshing and regenerating qualities of the different types of
seaweed.
The locations
To reinforce the beneficial effects of its treatments, we have
selected exceptional locations in the most beautiful regions in
France. They all offer a healthy change of scenery and a wealth
of cultural interest.
